At a glance
Compare research peptide suppliers against the same written request: product identity, SKU and format, order quantity, batch-linked documents, optional testing, label work and destination. Ask each supplier to distinguish confirmed terms from pending checks before you approve the order.
| Decision | Ask the supplier | Keep with your order |
|---|---|---|
| Product match | Which SKU, vial format and pack quantity does the quote cover? | An itemized list with units and quantities. |
| Minimum quantity | Is the minimum per SKU, per format or across the whole order? | The minimum and any volume tiers for each line. |
| Batch records | Which batch does the available document describe? | The document source and corresponding batch reference. |
| Added services | Are testing, artwork, printing and packing included or separate? | The agreed scope and approval steps for each service. |
| Delivery scope | Is the date an estimated dispatch date or an arrival estimate? | Destination, packing plan and the basis of the estimate. |
Make quotations comparable
A total price is difficult to compare when the unit, number of vials, document scope or packing method differs. Give each supplier the same item list and ask for separate product and service lines. If one item is unavailable, ask for that line to be identified rather than silently replaced.
- List the SKU and format beside the product name.
- State whether your quantity counts vials, packs or another agreed unit.
- Identify requirements that must be confirmed before order approval.
Separate catalogue information from batch evidence
A catalogue describes the product range. A batch record describes a particular lot. Check that the offered item and the available document can be connected before relying on the document for your procurement review.
If you need independent testing, specify the test scope and sample handover before asking for a final schedule. Historical reference documents and supplier COAs should be identified separately from testing commissioned for your order.
Prepare for a repeat order
Keep the accepted quotation, approved artwork revision and document requirements together. On the next order, reconfirm batch availability, quantities and dates; the previous order is a starting reference, not confirmation that the same batch or terms remain available.
BatchTide accepts multi-SKU enquiries through the catalogue and quote page. Minimum quantities, batch availability, pricing and lead time are confirmed for the selected SKUs and destination.
Questions before you enquire
Does BatchTide publish a universal wholesale MOQ?
The wholesale service confirms minimum quantities against the selected SKUs and destination. Include quantities for each format so the quotation can identify the applicable minimums.
Can private labels and testing go in the same enquiry?
Yes. Add the required services to your quotation request and describe the scope. The team confirms the individual requirements and their effect on the order schedule.
