Before we begin

Who is the plan designed for?

Large-volume suppliers, distributors and brands with recurring material requirements, confirmed formats and staged delivery needs. The minimum quantity is confirmed for each material and project.

Can we choose the testing laboratory?

Include your preferred laboratory and test requirements in the enquiry. Sample requirements, methods, turnaround, fees and shareable records are confirmed before submission.

What happens if a result does not meet the agreed criteria?

Pause release of the affected batch, retain the report and handling records, and follow the contract for retesting, replacement or other agreed remedies. Shipment resumes only after release conditions are met.

Are all project records public?

No. This page explains the process. Contract and project records are shared within the agreed access scope, with sensitive information redacted where necessary.
